Pat’s primary career focus is as a life and leadership coach, specializing in transformational life coaching methodologies. She lives in Silicon Valley, California and received her advanced coaching certification from the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology in Palo Alto, CA.

In addition to her coaching certification, Pat has completed of four years of seminary training, holds a Masters of Divinity degree, and is an ordained minister currently serving in an interfaith team ministry located in San Carlos, CA.

Pat’s coaching clients come from all walks of life and and include many hi-tech business professionals seeking to enhance their personal lives and professional careers.  Her own career includes many years working in high-tech, corporate America in positions providing multiple global programs management assignments with Hewlett-Packard in the Bay Area.

Pat also volunteers as a coach/mentor for the LEAD program for Women Unlimited. This program is dedicated to supporting women moving from middle to executive management roles. She is also currently supporting the faculty of the Transformational Coaching Program at ITP as a mentor and coach.

An accomplished speaker, Pat has participated in many speaking engagements and has been involved in Toastmasters for over five years. She is married to a software entrepreneur and lives in Campbell, CA.
